We will learn theatrical techniques to develop body expression, spatial awareness and individual and group communication. And we will put into practice techniques that will help us increase self-esteem and lose shyness and fear of expressing ourselves in public.

Each participant will be given a red nose, which they can take home. We will have fun through games and participatory dynamics, where we will discover the clown we carry inside!
